VW Mthatha is a disgrace to VW

After a good experiences of being treated well at the VW dealerships in East London, The Glen and Pietermaritzberg I today got the worst experience at the Mthatha dealership. They only provide to transport up to a Total petrol station which is about 500m from the dealership. The manager says is company policy but wouldn’t produce that policy or at least show me that part of the policy. The gentleman is not anywhere near the standard of other VW staff that I have dealt with before.
