VW Mossel Bay shifty Blame to VW Uitenhage

VW Volkswagen Mossel Bay insulting my integrity, accusing me of spreading lies on a complaint I previously logged because I received bad service in buying a car with them. Their Area Manager Marita Greyling from VWFS already apologized on behalf of the staff members bad behavior, apparently he is new in the position and needs training according to her. But to state in a mail that was shared with me that I had no dealings with them I dealt with VW Uitenhage is a lie, shifting the blame to another Branch makes them even more ***********. I lived and work in Mossel Bay and shared my evidence that I dealt with VW Mossel Bay and not Uitenhage. Don’t shift the blame to a different branch you guys are part of the same Brand, just apologize and learn from this mistake.
