VW Mastercars in Hatfield it’s a huge headache

On the 27/02/23 i went to Vw Mastercars Pretoria looking for a small. Met a sales person who advised me that they have Vw vivo with 80 000Km on the clock , I had an opportunity to check the car but not the mileage because the battery was dead . From there I acted very reckless and stupid , coz I trusted the brand Vw and the sales person . I went to effect 160k into their account . Surprisingly , just before I could take delivery of the car and after they had replaced the battery , I asked to see the car and I had the shock of my life , coz the car I was told it’s 80 000 was actually on 182 000. I immediately informed the manager Chris Harmse of the issue and the following day i was promised a refund , until today I ve been asked to send various documents and promises were made that the payment would be effected and nothing happened , the reason is that they are still busy with financial year end , so my issue is not important and it will be resolved as an when they feel like .
