VW Market Square promises

<p>I have a polo TSI 2015 model and have had issues with my infotainment system for several months already. Its impossible to use any functions on my touch screen or connect via Bluetooth. VW Market Square has failed to give me any solutions and i have been promised feedback, with no effort to come back to me whatsoever. My Vehicle is still under a 3 year warranty and i would like my software replaced or a new unit fitted. I need answers!</p>
