VW MALIBONGWE

I bought wipers for my Polo 6 at VW Malibongwe, if I'm correct it was on the 12th March 2018. On the 07 April 2018 I brought my car for service at the VW and I was told that the rubber on all the wipers is wearing out, meaning front and rear. Front ones are not even three months old. I then went to the parts department to check if they can help me, the gentleman requested an invoice but honestly speaking should I now that I was going to get news like this I was going to keep it. But again this is supposed to vw genuine part/s. I feel. Cheated
