vw lindsay saker edenvale HORRIBLE service!

I took my car in for service today, 21/06/2018 it is currently 5:29 and I am still waiting for a VW driver to come and pick me up! I was told they would come at 15:40!!!

I have nobody to pick up my son, so basically his stuck at day care! I am just appalled at this poor service. I have called them 5 times, however they keep saying the driver is on the way. I just cant believe they treat they're customers like this.
