VW Lies for a sale

I purchase a vehicle from VW in constantia in March of this year. As part of the deal the sales associate would arrange advance driving lessons for me with Mercedes Benz. Months went by and after multiple follow ups the lessons didnt come to light. I opted to rather have the windows of the car tinted in place of the advance driving which the sales associate on behalf of the dealer agreed to do but more time has passed and nothing. He’s ignoring my calls and messages and just more and more empty promises
