VW let me down need help

Worst mistake of my life. I purchased a brand new VW Polo Vivo 2022 from VW McCarthy Durban. 6km on the clock. Since day 1 we had issues. Many things not right with the vehicle and the car felt like it was very unsafe to drive. Car pulling to the left and shock mountings were broken many other faults. The bonnet catch wasn't working. We took the car back to the dealership and they only offered to repair each time. How can a brand new car have so many problems. Each time I took it back the job card had more issues. This is what we noticed what about what we couldn't see. We took it in twice and asked for the car to be inspected twice and each time they said nothing is wrong but they replaced the shock mountings. Something seemed strange that they are not taking responsibility for anything. I had a dent on the side of the fender and took it to Ross Champion to fix. Upon removing the bumper they found a previous damage to the reinforcement and it took a huge impact. They mentioned with that impact the bumper and headlights wouldn't be in such good condition. This was consealed and hidden. A huge damage inside but everything is new on the outside. So this was proof enough that the car was in a previous damage and make sence why the bonnet wasn't opening. We then approached VW McCarthy dealership and took the car there thinking they would help us. Prunella the service manager assured us that she will help us and it will get sorted out she will tell us when to bring the car for inspection and she is going to check what can be done to help. We left thinking they will assist us. We then get a call 1 hour later from Prunella and she was very rude to us and said that we are lying n making false accusations and that there is nothing they can do to help. We are very stressed out and frustrated with the service we received. This is very unfair practice and left us with a huge problem. This was noted after several complaints to VW SA. All feedback we get is same what VW McCarthy is telling us and they relaying the message through the case manager from VW SA. The dealership is not taking responsibility or doing anything to help. I humbly ask that VW SA please do an inspection themselves and they will find proof that this car was in a previous damage with all new parts from the outside straight from the dealership. They have miss sold me a vehicle that suppose to be brand new but its got a damage and it was conseiled. I ask that you please investigate this and inspect the car and u will find that they have sold me a damaged car as a brand new car. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied and ask desperately for your help and assistance. I have always been a VW fan and when I finally purchased the car of my dreams it is the worst mistake ever..
