VW Lenasia - Defective Product

<p>Please be informed that I originally purchased by VW Polo Comfort line from Lenasia VW in 2006. My choice in this vehicle was purely based on durability, value for money, convenience of a dealership in Lenasia and aftersales service.</p> <p>Within the first year of driving my vehicle it started surfacing oil leaks from the cambelt pulleys and this was dealt with under warranty as it was mentioned by your technician at the time that this was a common problem on these models.</p> <p>The oil leaks reoccurred in December 2015 and I booked the vehicle in. I was advised to rather do the complete cambelt kit and water pump as this will be more practical and cost effective. This process would include the seals and stop the oil leaks.</p> <p>The oil leaks has reoccurred at the same section for the third time now and I have only done 26000km.I find that just after one year and three months to have this defect is not the standards of quality that VW commits to. </p> <p>Kindly provide the corrective and preventative action that will be taken regarding this on-going defect on my vehicle.</p> <p>Email was sent ********** ********** with all the relevant attached documents.</p> <p>I am not willing to be charged again for the same problem and await your response in this matter.</p> <p> </p>
