VW LENASIA

I am truly disappointed with the service I have received from VW Lenasia.

I cannot describe the frustration and disappointment I feel having to deal with the whole situation as well as to look at my vehicle in this state, when the car was taken by VW Lenasia, all was in order except for the brakes and now my front bumper has been replaced, rear bumper had to be realigned and now the scratches and paint splatter.

I had written an email informing them of the situation on the 17 March 2023 and have not received a response or a courtesy call from them for an apology or update.
