VW left us stranded on the side of the road at night

Our car is under warranty (Tiguan R-line), we have a flat tyre, in the middle of nowhere, sitting in the dark. The consultants (both females Nobantu & Babalwa) proceed to give us attitude, what kind of customer service are you offering? Our safety is of concern, and your consultants tell us they can’t help we need to sit on the side of the road stranded, where we could be in harms way at 3am. Your website clearly states you assist with flat tyres, but yet we are told call your insurance, what the hell is the road assist there for if we are told we can’t help you?
