VW LED ME TO A ****

<p>I have been a client of VW for the last couple of years. I have had excellent service up until now. my car was ****** and I needed a new car. Someone referred me to VW Booysens. I was eventally approved for finance but needed to put a R22 000.00 deposit down. I did not have the money readily available so the rep I was dealing with at VW referred me to 2 people. The first one being a legit company and the second person being a ***********. He said that they would contact me. The guy called Keegan who I was reffered to ****med me out of R1750.00. He said he would be able to get me a loan and the loan I would use to pay for the deposit on my new car. VW and the rep never screened this Keegan and referred a client to a ***********. This cannot possibly be the corect business practice for such a well known brand? I have tried contacting the rep to be reasonable. Keegan disappeared with my money and I was never to hear of him again. All I want is for VW to refund me my R1750.00 and I will lay this to bed. The stress I was put through because of being referred to this guy is ridiculous and I was put out of pocket. I was advised to take legal action action agaisnt VW and to lay a charge of negligence. I have in writing that this rep from VW said that Keegan is legit. I have held back taking action thinking that VW might actually do the right thing and refund me my money as they put me through serious convenience. I want this matter resolved today. </p>
