VW Ladysmith MUJI did major service on my audi A3 reg NPS 44076 now is having warning light of engine and not in good condition

I did my service at audi / vw muji in ladysmith on 08/12/2021 my car registration is NPS 44076, I have a problem here and I am not happy at all, i wish my car should be take in at audi for check up since i did my majot service i have experience the following which stresses me everyday

1. The car is slightly vibrating when it stationary as if the timing is wrong

2. When you start it sometimes vibrates like shake and. Sometimes fails to start

3. Sometimes at up hill does take off and vibrates like shake

4. When start it in the morning its vibrates and pops up engine light like

5. The engine light warning sign comes on for few hours and goes or stays on as we speak it off but yesterday was on

The car was serviced on mileage 121380 now it on 125432

I think when major service was done something was done not on standard that why it givibg me problems that i never experienced before and it stressing me, i went to ladysmith for work basically because i am from durban and now in durban i cant take the car to VW MUJI Mr Donavan with email *** rep**** and said i must book the vehicle at nearest vw dealer which is starlwarts simelane road for diagnostic test at VW cost depending but when i went there they told me there is nothing like that i must take it to ladysmith so my car is not sorted at all the warning light is on and off the car still have a problem and with no help from VW MUJI ladysmith where they did the major service and told me that my car is perfect and service is done said Miss Nelly Mazibuko from ladysmith VW i have all records emails talking to the VW Muji ladysmith i am so disappointed please help
