VW Kuilsriver is a disgrace!

Worst service, overpriced and customer service a disgrace. We took our car in November 2020 for a full service and cambelt change which totalled to R 18 783.55. Firstly the service advisor Greg Bell thought it was hilarious and such rude manners. Five months later our water pump is now broken, which was meant to be replaced when changing cambelt and now when we phone them back, Mr Greg Bell says not his problem, we can speak to his manager. What kind of customer etiquette does he have? And for VW to not take any responsibility for the poor workmanship. We will never take our vehicle there again....
