VW Krugerdorp where the customer is not important

I phoned in before booking my car for a service and asked for a quote on a service for 45000km on a VW Polo Vivo and I was told it would be R1500 but I was invoiced for R2100.
When I dropped my car off in the morning as well as when I booked my car in, I was very clear about my need to not only be taken to work but also to be picked up.
When dropped my car off I told the lady that my car was giving me problems and she said she could hear from the noise it was making that there was a problem. She told me that she would quote me on any additional charges before they did anything. She did not call me throughout the day. Around two I then called the dealership to ask about the progress of my car. My call was picked up, transferred and dropped. I called a few times with the same result of my called going unanswered or just being dropped. Eventually the lady at switchboard told me she would leave a message at the workshop and they would call me. No one called me, so I called back and my call was dropped again. Just before four the lady at the workshop calls me to inform me that my car would need to sleep over. I explained that I stay far and need the car to get home. She told me that she would send a driver to pick me up immediately and I would then have to return the car in the morning. To cut the long story short, she did not send anyone to pick me up. I waited and waited, when I phoned my calls get dropped or would just go unanswered. Eventually got my mom involved as I had now run out of airtime and it was was getting late. She also had to contend with her calls being dropped. Eventually after she requested to talk to the Dealer Principal, they were suddenly able to send a driver to pick me up.

My car is not fully serviced, I ask myself what was being done with my car from the morning till 4pm.
