VW is so ***********

I took my car in for a service which was on a maintenance plan and they didn't change the brake pads, 3 months later the car is giving me problems and the fact that they didnt change the brake pads also caused a damage to my disk and when i take it back to them and i get told that i have to pay over R3000 for something that should have been done on my service. VW are so *********** and never take responsibilities for their actions. HEY ONLY SEEM TO CARE ONLY BEFORE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM AND AFTER YOU BUY YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
