VW is refusing to fix my car which overheated Monday morning

I am utterly frustrated and angry at VW Menlyn & Eugene Prinsloo whom i towed my car in Monday morning because it overheated on my way to work , I’m now told they won’t fix my car cause it’s not underwarrant and it’s on 34000km , the consultant was very rude and has been giving out info on my car to people , where is customer - consultant confedintiality , I’m inconvenienced and have to take taxis to work because he insists I pay R22000 for them to fix a car he self diagnosed as one that hit something , I am angry and want VW to fix my car as I could lose my job through this inconvenience, how is my car overheating not under warranty? Over and above that there’s records of complaints I laid about my breakpads and frontal sounds coming every after service iv been to! I want them to fix my car and the reviews around the polo tsi and overheating I have read already to fami****ize myself with the situation are appalling
