VW is faulty

Appalled actually ,my partner bought a car in less than 3 weeks it broke down( brand new Polo Vivo) ,with that being said ,the recovery roadside assistance fetched the car ,after the investigation was done ( no paperwork was given of this investigation) they said the car was faulty ,so it's the manufacturers fault ,so now my question is aren't we supposed to get another car or compensated or you guys bluff us by fixing your error under our warranty .. what a **** VW has become .. I don't recommend these cars ,with screeching sounds like the car has outdated... Such a reputable Brand with such shady dealings
