VW is a **** they only focus on the sales

VW is a **** watch out I am not happy with the service , they will do all means to push the sales and finalize the deal without giving you hidden fees .My mom bought a new VW AMOROK latest , first time she is taking it to a service now she is told they can't service the car and she need to pay R10508 get get it service this was not explained to her . please note I will be taking this on ombudsman and also twitter to alert people to be aware . Tzaneen VW specific please stop rushing for sales and do you job proper ,I will be escalating this matter because I want this to be sorted out.
