VW is a ****

VW South Africa is a ****. I remember years back when i bought my polo, a few months later, the car had problems as it was not picking up Power, VW Rustenburg refused to assist to a point where i had to ask VW South Africa to intervene and they towed my car to joburg where it got fixed, and they said they will send me a voucher worth R1000 just to apologise for the inconvenience,till today i am yet to get an email of that voucher. Last year my daughter was locked inside the car and again i call for roadside assistance, and they advised i break the window at the back because they cannot get lock Smith to me in time, and i did that, because they said they will cover the costs, i did everything they told me to do (emails are there as proof) till today i am yet to receive that money in my bank account.

If you have experienced lies with this company like have been, please advise me on what to do going forward.
