VW is a Cheap Stupid Product

July 2012 I bought a Polo Sedan Comfort Line at Claremont VW branch in Kenilworths Cape Town, Little did I know that I am buying a problem. Brake shudder has been sorted seven times it shows on the VW South Africa the Main System.<br> <br> Claremont, Mr Hogdes tried by replacing the discs front, and Jan and Ferdie at Parow tried the same thing saying they are guided by VW instructing them to replace the discs only. Still today I am on that Problem.<br> <br> Car has been with Parow Branch from 25 May 2015 until today they don't know what to do by the looks of things, New HUB and bearings changed still the car is faulty. How less Technical can you be struggling to sort your own product.<br> <br> Lodged a complaint formally 1 June 2015 till today I only got response twice (a cheap response, saying we still investigating) Pictures sent of the outside wheel I am not sure what is that, Always I must probe and ask the prognosis before Jan calls VW because they don't talk to him updating him.<br> <br> today 23 June 2015 I went again still nothing. Where is the wisdom? Do you know your product? Do you have your customer at heart? What do you think I am driving all this long?<br> <br> I have no regards<br> Sizwe ***
