Vw insurance

Hi, this is Ms Nqobile Nkosi,I am writting you with regards to WV Car insurance. I want to write a review about VW insurance, I took a comprehensive insurance cover with them. I recently called to make a claim with them and Im not given help. One of their personnel told me that VW doesnt have an insurance, I was shocked that their employees doesnt know about it when I know for sure that VW finance have such. After sending them several emails since Monday they decided to reply to my email today and told me that since I settled the car the the insurance automatically cancelled, what angries me most is that why didnt they call and tell me that the cover cancels when you settle the car or ask me if I still want continue with their cover. Secondly I really dont understand why are they treating their customers like this, it is as if I was not paying for cover the car was only covered because I was still owing them where as I was paying a seperate amount for the comprehensive cover.They have been debiting an amount of 1200 on my account on monthly basis and I have proof of that. Please help me out, I need to make a claim for hail damage on my car.
