VW. Incompetence

I've emailed VW South Africa last week with the poor service I've received from McCarthy VW Durban. Today I received a call from VW South Africa saying that they cannot help me and that I must contact McCarthy VW Durban directly.

If McCarthy VW Durban's staff were competent enough to assist me I wouldn't be writing to VW South Africa.

I now see that McCarthy VW Durban's incompetence stems from the head (VW SOUTH AFRICA).
