VW incompetence

This is really frustrating. Everytime i visit the dealership, something happens.

i took my car for a service not so long ago, and i was told that the brake-pads will last me up until my next service. i heard a funny sound and my husband told me it was the brake pad, so i phoned VW lenasia. they said i should bring the car in.

now im told that it is the brake pads with the discs. i need to pay the money which was supposed to be claimed when the service was done in the first place.

i am really upset right now and i need answers to this, VW should pay for this as they did the service without replacing the brake pads that messed up the discs. i am not going to take this lying down, cause i have had other stories from people which is really disturbing.
