VW HEADLIGHT AND GEAR PROBLEM

VW does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I am a ****ed off customer who has been running from one branch to another branch requesting a headlight change. Between the dealership and VW SA head office, they are both useless and their service level in keeping customers happy is POOR!.. I purchased a brand new vehicle and my right side headlight mists up regularly very bad, and it looks damn weird driving a car with one headlight misted up all the time. Both Dealership and head office say this is normal, as well as my gears grind and they insist nothing is wrong!!! for a vehicle that costed me on finance over R400 000 , you guys have no compassion in satisfying customers needs but rather you guys will do everything just to get a sale of a vehicle. I will never recommend VW to anyone if they looking for a car!!! My question is! WILL YOU DRIVE A CAR LIKE THAT?? how would it feel if this was hard earned money being paid from your pocket!! they are a bunch of bull****ters!!! they been making me run up and down with the vehicle with no joy and the dealership itself asked me to complain to head office but head office then says speak to the dealership principle!!you waste people's time!!! and yourls services are disgusting!
