VW Have failed me lost my trust and loyalty

So i drive a Golf 7 gti not evens 80000km on the clock engine was opened on 52000km and on the 5 January 2018 on 77000km i broke down again the car was repair. Received it 35 days later. No courtesy car was over due to this lengthy repair then 3 days later after receiving the car it broke down again. Its 14 days later now still no car no courtesy is apparently available. Its been 39 days without a car and vw still cant give me any answers talk about the worst customer service ever and the worst part about it i have a 16 month old baby which i need to drop of at crèche. And then go to work so public transport is my best friend in the last two years my car was probably more then 5 times in for repairs excluding normal servicing So much for. Customer service my day to day car never gave me. Issues.
