VW Hatfield *****

Hatfield VW is full of ****, I booked my car in for service for Saturday and was asked if I will need transportation to take me home, and I said yes! Now when I take my car there I am told that I stay far and it's a Saturday I will have to wait 3 hours for the car or get my own transport, meanwhile when I was doing the booking I was never told all of this.
