VW Hatfield Braamfontein poor service. issue not resolved

Hi VW...

I find it disturbing that over the past 2 months that I have been to VW dealerships and I'm only experiencing disappointment.
My previous complaint had been resolved since VW glen washbay staff found the liberty to throw all my papers out from the seat cabinet out onto the floor all over show and left the car in a really dirty state.
Since my last visit where a filter and engine coolant wash had been done I've been getting a strange noise in the front of the car.
So I tried a different branch... VW Braamfontein.
Spoke to a Jameel who said I can bring the car in to check the noise... after fiddling with the air filter that wasn't set right, since my last service, guarantee the sound should be gone, gave the car a rev and said the manifold is leaking. ASSURING ME THE SOUND WOULD BE GONE, drove back to my office only to hear the noise again. Called the reception Jodie is the name booked it in today. Service advisor Sidney called me to tell me battery needs replacing and manifold as I brought the car in for the noise. Did a diagnostic happen I'm certain? They did the job, happy once I paid them only to be told my boot lock light goes on and it's damaged? None of that happened when I brought the car in and certainly when the checks were done on the car my boot was locked, spoke to the manager Shaun who was indeed very helpful and actually went the extra mile to get it replaced for me after much debate about it getting worn etc. So driving back home today, still hear the same sound and it sounds worse, almost a grinding sound and I ask the question, am I such a burden to VW for trying to get this issue fixed or do VW at any of your branches mentioned above know what is customer requirements. I've been spending money on labour to your company and none of the labour I paid you for has resolved my issue. I'll be posting this to hello Peter and taking this to further social media.. I'm sadly disappointed. Do I take this vehicle back or do I have to sell it and move to your competitors purely based on service then I will. I will not recommend VW to anyone.
