VW has terrible service and are extremely inefficient

VW HAS TERRIBLE SERVIC, I THEY CAR ABOUT US MAKING PROFIT. I took my car to @AlpineVWComm on the 13th of May 2020 when it broke down and didn't want to start. Initially I was told there was nothing wrong with the car after they diagnosed it and the problem was "earth wiring". When I took the car on the 14th of May 2020 it broke down again 3km away from the dealership. I returned the car back to the dealership and @AlpineVWComm diagnosed the car once again and I was told the body control module ECU needs to be replaced. I paid R10097. 00 for the new part and labor. I collected my car on the 22nd of May 2020 and the following day the car broke down again with the same problem. I have taken the car back to, the dealership again and I was told "I took the car at my own risk and proper diagnosis of the car was not done" . I am extremely angered by this and would like to expose VW for thier inefficiency #vwmustfall
