Vw- Hand lotion causes steering to change color!

I purchased a polo vivo 2017 model on the 31 May 2017. My steering,gear leaver and hand brake started to change color. I had taken my car to Weiss Motors and was advised that they can not help me. I had then taken the matter to head office but they had told me that they cant not do anything as well as it is the products that i am using on my hands that is causing this. I did tell them that it does not state anywhere in my warranty that I can not use a certain brand of hand lotion and that this mite cause my steering to change color! they service was horrible.
