VW Golf 7 warranty and motor plan claim

First and last VW that I will ever buy. Never ever buy a VW with warranty and motorplan when then battery has a fault subsequent to battery drainage, the motorplan does not cover battery replacement now at the owners cost of R3600.

I am then reminded that I must fami****ize myself with the T&C's regarding warranty and maintenance of electrical components when the warranty is purchased for peace of mind and customer's cover in the event of a part failure.

Pathetic excuse for a brand.
