VW Golf 7 Factory Fault Stanford Hill Durban

I bought a new Golf 7 from VW Stanford Hill in 2014, I don't think the car was brand new because it's started giving me problems from year 2. The car has factory faults of which was communicated with the service provider on an early stage.

The car had a Gearbox error, start and stop error, steering problem now it the engine of which I can't afford. I thought I'm buying a reliable brand but all I'm getting is disappointments after disappointments. My millage is still sitting on 59000 which shows that I don't abuse the car or travel long distances. Now they telling me that they won't be fixing the car and I should cover the engine part on my own.

I really don't think this dealership is operating as it should be, all I want is justice and brand new car, Golf 7 is not cheap at all.
