VW False service plan

In September 2023 I bought an extended service plan for my car online. The lady who called me said it would cover my cambelt, which was the main reason I bought the plan and this was made clear to her. When I took my car in for this service I was told that I was not covered. To date VW has been giving me the run around and now none of my emails are being responded to besides the standard response. But when I was making the purchase all my emails were attended to. They promised me a good faith payment, but nothing has materialized.
