VW Failure to Fix Car

I took my VW Polo Vivo 1.6 in for 15 000km service. I have since returned it to the VW Hatfield four times with the same EPC light problem. It baffles me that they are failing to fix their own brand car, to add to my woes I have to pay R 40000 for a car hire. They are clueless as to when the car will be sorted, in the meantime I have to organise my own transport, paying for their incompetence. This is really unacceptable. I expect feedback
