VW Fails at customer care

Went to VW as I have a problem with opening my bonnet. According to numerous posts on the internet, this is a common problem with the model of my vehicle. Upon arrival no one was interested in helping me, when the receptionist finally got off the phone i was pointed in the direction of someone who \might"be able to help me. His response was quite simply \""we will have to break your bonnet to fix it\"" nothing more. <br> <br> Terrible service from such a reputable company. """
