VW failed me

Early November 2021 I took my car for a 15000km service at VW Polokwane and they found out that it had a fuel pump problem and the warranty couldn't cover as they said the fuel pump doesn't match the vehicle model. I left my car there and went to fetch it few days after

On my way back to Lephalale the car started showing engine and EPC light. It was toured to VW polokwane and the new findings was that the fuel pump was contaminated due to the fuel I pour in my tank. I normally fill my tank at reputable filling stations e.g Engine Garage

Mid December I was told the fuel pump was changed as the warranty agreed to change it but the car was still not in a good state as it was still showing both lights (engine and EPC). I was told to drive the car because the couldn't find the fault and I did exactly that and after 2 days it didn't want to start. It was now toured to VW WONDERBOOM and they couldn't find the problem until I told them the history of the car. After few days I got a call from them telling me that the problem is the contaminated fuel. Now VW SA is saying they can't cover for the damages done on the car since it's not factory fault and the repairs should be on my pocket.

The money that has to be paid is R48 876.70 for changing of the whole fuel system
