VW failed me

I had a poor service from VW Strijdom Park. I got there early in the morning as I wanted to be number one next thing they start attending to other cars, I was so ****ed of and I told Leana that I was number one here only then they kind off started to attend to my car busy looking for my job card. Worse part 2 weeks later my car started leaking oil, Leana was so rude that I ended being rude back she just kept on saying mmm mmm now that ****ed me of and I lost it. VW has failed me, they were able to see other mistakes on my car and not this now they want me to pay NXA.
