VW

Bought my 2018, 1.4 Polo Vivo, was happy until it started making this screetchy noise when I have to brake... Told them, they said brake pads are still new, and need to be polished, which was done, but still the noise never went away, even after servicing the car a few times. The last time I was told it's the material. Anywho I'm writing this review as I haven't been helped, if it's a factory fault they must fix it.
