I bought my car from them and have had nothing but problems ever since They sold me a brand new car that's back Windows weren't installed properly so wind would come through, the side mirror was loose and wind came through as well, After a series of emails, they finally booked my car in, and when collecting my car, they didn't connect the side mirror electrics properly so I had to come back again and have them connect the indicator light and side mirror controls again, and I received nothing but attitude for it,

The one at greenstone is just as bad!! My car went for a service there, and a few days later my car started over heating as there was not enough coolant in my car, even though they just serviced it and were meant to fill that up, On my previous service, they didn't even bother turning the service alert off, so now, once again, I need to go back to the dealership to sort that out

It's never a smooth process with VW South Africa
