VW doesn't care if their neglegence ****s you

We have emailed VW head office several times regarding the passenger seat belt being stuck and broken and not fixed nor checked after being at VW. We have emailed video clips of how it is stuck as requested and simply no reply. We have emailed and tried phoning time and again and no response or customer service. What if this belt malfunctions in any way and someone dies because of their neglegence? VW is suppose to check all vehicles 100% before releasing it after repairs or maintenance and not only is this seatbelt broken, the wheel nut lock was missing, which is also gross neglegence and endangering our lives. We will be holding VW responsible as they need to check and approve all vehicles released out of their workshops. We will not only hold them responsible but pursue legal action against them if you do not start returning our emails and calls and sort this issue out.
