VW do not want to replace their faulty car

Hello Peter<br> Can you please assist me with the complain I have about VWSA who do not want to replace for me the faulty car they sold to me. I am Thokozani Ndlovu ID no. ***, who is the owner of 2014 VW polo 1.2 TSI. Since I bought this car on July 16, 2014, the car have broken down four times now while I bought it new. What is annoying about Weiss Volkswagen they said they do not offer warranty for their cars I must speak to VWSA about it who also refuse.<br> When the car was one month of purchase it broke the alternator. They took it to fix that. After two days they brougt it back to me and it broke the alternator again and they took it for a month to fix that. I ask them to replace it because they said it was a factory fault but they refused.When they bring it back I found that it was not only the alternator that was broken as they also replace airbag control unit. After a while the car broke the radio buttons and they fix it again.<br> What is more painfull now as we speak I do not have the car bcos the same car is broken down even VWSA is refusing to change it. As we speak the car is in Polokwane, Limpopo where it broke down again. They refuse even with a courtesey car.
