VW Disasterous After Service

Vw Hatfield has horrible after service first of all we bought a new car last year and as it reaches 15000km this year we take it in for its first service only to be told it doesn’t come with a service plan we were not told this nor were we offered an option of purchasing a service plan now when it needs service we are told to fork out R3000 imagine paying R3000 for service that you thought was included
