VW delay my vehicle repairs with no rental car

My car has been ta a VW dealer since the 14/04/2015, awaiting a part from Germany. When I queried what was the delay in getting the part, I was told that there was a delay in Germany -- no fault of mine. My vehicle was previously repaired and the same parts broke again... at no fault of mine. I then request assistance for a courtesy vehicle and was promised assistance by Mohammed at VW SA, he then calls me back today to tell me that he cannot offer me assistance as my vehicle is out of warranty... It is a VW vehicle and due to this being a VW fault I don't see why I should be treated any differently because my vehicle is out of warranty. I am utterly disgusted with that response from VWSA. People buy VW vehicles due to the high standards that come along with the vehicle, but with **** service received by VW SA one should reconsider. I am horribly disappointed with all that has happened. and not to mention the turn around time that one gets after complaining - pathetic. I really wish that some assistance with regards to a rental/courtesy car was given, irrespective of when the vehicle went out of warranty. It is VW SA's fault for the inconveniences I have encountered,
