VW dealerships not willing to assist their clients.

Terrible service from Volkswagen. I spoke to multiple dealerships asking for quotes for a service, they reply with a estimate of between R12 000 - R14 000 , no effort of assisting there clients. Im still in the process of getting a quote from one of the dealerships. 10 days later and still no quote. Definitely will rethink of buying another VW on the next purchase. I Spoke to 5 dealerships no one is willing to assist except for the branch in Volkswagen Sasolburg well done guys. I encourage all VW clients if you want to experience quality service call VW sasolburg.
