VW dealerships and VW SA Terrible service

VW SA is a platform in place to listen to what dealerships say should happen. I have taken my vehicle to 2 vw dealerships for the same problem both dealers told me they are not picking up any faults after diagnosis. As the problem progressed and became more evident I took the vehicle else where and received a extensive list of faults.

Thus after both my warranties have expired and now have to deal with the cost which I'm ok with as I know how many times I've had to log complaints even to get parts I ordered is a mission.

VW SA advises on what the dealership says and does no initiative to help the client and retain customers I own a BMW and I must say the service I receive there is exceptional compared to VW.
