VW Dealership

<p>I have a problem with the dealer, I had bought Polo 1.4 comfortline from VW Hatfield Braamfontein branch. I wanted to upgrade on the same dealership which i had bought it from and I app**** for a new car doing a trade in with a Polo but the application was declined by the bank as the settlement was high and the then Sales person ( Wesley) put the application again without the trade in of my polo, then the application was approved. I got the new car which is Golf 7 GTI 2015 model and I was promised that they will sell the Polo for me and weeks past with no action, I went to complain to the sales Manager Rui Fernandes who told me that He trust Wesley and Wesley will never do something like this. He has been working with him for years and such has never happened before, VW Hatfield is not involved in this anymore and told me that they sold me the golf and the papers doesn't say anything about the Polo. I tried also complaining to VW SA but did not find any joy. I tried applying for installment reduction on the polo as I cannot afford repayments on both cars. Please help as I do not which channel to take now.</p>
