VW customer service and not accepting responsibility

I got my discs replaced about 8 months ago because VW said that they are wrapped. Gave me so many reasons why. Less than a year and discs are warped again! It creates a lot of vibration on steering wheel when braking. So their quality of discs last less than a year. Not pads, but discs! It's crazy. They do not care about the customer when I raised with them that I drove a Clio which discs lasted about 90k KMS. Surely something must be wrong when one lasts max 15k KMS while Renault lasted 90km . I won't buy another VW for sure. And anyone who wants to buy their polo range. Good luck. You will be treated as 2nd class.
