I bought a Vw polo vivo at rola vw malmesbury in late 2018. Got pulled over by traffic officials and upon inspection my cars liscence was revoked because they say the suspension is not road worthy.i have done nothing to the car in the past years since purchase and serviced every year at malmesbury vw. I have driven 13 000 km since purchase. I am still currently paying this car which now is not fit for the roads. Basically vw malmesbury soled me an unroadworthy vehicle and they said to me i must take it up whith the people who do the road worthy tests. Had a meeting whith the manager and he refused to come to the party and said when he sold me the car it was road worthy and not his baby. I will now have to get the car road worthy at my own expense while the car is still financed by vwfsa. Do not ever buy from these dealers because the car will only be road worthy for 2 years.
