VW Contantia - Bad service !!!!!!!

I bought a VW Polo at VW Constantia and my nephew also 1 the same time and we both traded 2 Nissan NP 200 in at the same dealer. These Polo's was delivered to us in Cape town And mine NP 200 was taken back to JHB by the VW Constantia drive who delivered my new Polo I then got 3 fines in Beaufort from the day the day the driver drove back I mailed the dealership I mailed Ryan Matter 2 times who helped me with the finance when I bought my car with no reply I then called the dealer ship the lady at reception took my details and said she will get someone to contact me which never happened then Emailed Eugene le Roux also with all the details he came back and said will get back to me so we can sort it , this was on 23 March , and till today this was not sorted out and NO called or mailed me back with feedback !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
