VW Constantia Terribly Service

I recently bought a second hand vehicle from VW Constantia and have had nothing but service. This is my 4th vehicle i have bought from them. The laste vehicle i bought from them i found that there was a noise when i pushed i the clutch. I reported that and they said they would have it fixed i waited a month to get my car back. I traided in this vehicle and bought a different vehicle, i received this vehicle on the 30th Jan, after driving it for a day i found that the clutch on this car had the same problem, it was making a noise. When i took the vehicle in at Hyundai they said that the whole clutch needs to be replaced. I sent throught the quote to VW and have heard nothing yet regarding the payment that needs to be made for the damages. This is by far the worst service i have ever reveived. I have been without a vehicle for 2 days now and cant get to work. Pls i would love an answer as to how this will be resolved??????
